Trustly becomes Hard Rock Digital’s US Pay by Bank provider

Trustly’s payment products will now be integrated onto the Hard Rock platform.

Payment provider Trustly has announced a new partnership with Hard Rock Digital, which will see its payment products become available to the operator’s players in a number of US jurisdictions.  

Indeed, this newly announced collaboration will see Trustly provide real-time payments (RTP) and guaranteed automated clearing house (GACH) payments to players via the Hard Rock Digital online gaming platform. Additionally, Hard Rock Digital players in a number of regions across the US market will be able to link their bank accounts to Trustly’s system through the operator’s iGaming platform.  

Trustly VP of Gaming, John Parsons, said, “We are excited to work alongside Hard Rock Digital in these important markets. This partnership is just the beginning of a long-lasting relationship that will drive growth and innovation in the US online betting space. Together, we are committed to building a payments experience that puts the player first.” 

For Trustly, this newly brokered deal follows an additional US open banking technology partnership between the provider and PayNearMe in May 2024. Shortly before this, Trustly also entered into a cashless payment solutions partnership with Light & Wonder.  

Good to know: Earlier this month, Hard Rock Digital formed an official partnership with the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA)
