South Carolina Education Lottery launches new Players’ Club via Scientific Games

Players’ Club members will have access to new ways to win cash and other prizes, as well as a personalized lottery dashboard.

Scientific Games has partnered with the South Carolina Education Lottery (SCEL) for a new achievement-based Players’ Club Rewards Program. SCEL players now have the chance to enter instant and draw game tickets for cash wins and other prizes, including personalized experiences.

This rewards program is Scientific Games’ eighth of its kind, and was developed specifically for SCEL’s website and mobile app. This year, Scientific Games has worked with various US lottery organizations including: the Oregon Lottery, the Delaware Lottery, the Kentucky Lottery, the Pennsylvania Lottery, the North Carolina Education Lottery, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery and the Oklahoma Lottery.

Amy Warner, Senior Director of Digital Engagement for Scientific Games, said, “The new Players’ Club Rewards Program allows the SCEL to engage with its players by leveraging all aspects of the rewards program and our CRM services.

“Our goal is to ensure today’s players can easily and conveniently engage with the lottery and its games and enjoy unique ways to be rewarded with more opportunities to win cash and prizes.”

Members of the new Players’ Club will earn SCEL COIN with every ticket they enter into the new system, as well as by achieving milestones within the program and games. The SCEL COIN accrued will then be entered into prize drawings at weekly, monthly or surprise intervals. Each player will also have access to an individualized dashboard.
