Spirit Mountain Casino and Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) jointly announced that the casino in Grand Ronde, OR has chosen the QCI Platform.

Oregon’s largest Casino will now use QCI Host as its player development, marketing and gaming software. Cory Bobb, Casino Marketing Manager with Spirit Mountain Casino, said, "We are excited to begin using the QCI Host Enterprise Platform."

Spirit Mountain Casino was created by the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde and hosts nearly 2,000 slot machines as well as table games, sports betting and an RV park.

Bobb continued, "We believe QCI Host will equip our experienced Host team with the tools they need to become even more productive, providing our Hosts with real-time data that will increase profitability and provide an enhanced guest experience."

QCI Host is currently being deployed throughout the property and the player development team will begin training soon.

Dr. Ralph Thomas, CEO of QCI, said, "Spirit Mountain Casino's decision to select our QCI Platform shows the importance of continually developing products that truly fit our customer's needs. We collaborate daily with the 1,800 player development professionals using our host tool to constantly add features and functionality for ease-of-use."

The data-driven platform uses calculations and AI algorithms to deliver casino data in various formats that enable real-time operations.

QCI’s proprietary metrics aim to provide a lens to connect spending behavior with customer preference, and support industry professionals from executives to slot analysts.

From November, QCI has also recently partnered with Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Michigan; Le Grand Royal Casino in Quebec; Saracen Casino Resort in Arkansas; Baha Mar Casino in The Bahamas as well as with US-based gambling technology company Sky City.
