QCI will supply the Quebec-based casino with its 5.1 Platform for online operations.

Le Grand Royal Casino (LGRC), a Quebec-based retail venue, has partnered with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) to announce it will be installing QCI’s online platform. This gaming platform aims to unify online gaming with the brick-and-mortar establishment.

It will align marketing, player development and all casino operations with a 360-degree view of the casino's data. This will be done via QCI’s 5.1 platform version, which includes the Enterprise Edition, and was designed with large corporate organizations in mind.

LGRC General Manager Carl Doyon commented: “We are looking forward to working with the QCI team to truly help our organization streamline all reporting, marketing and host functions between our online and land-based customers.

“We are happy with the QCI custom integration which will allow us to have a product that will improve communication with our loyal customers."

QCI CEO Dr Ralph Thomas reflected Doyon’s enthusiasm over this new partnership, saying: “We are very excited to collaborate with Le Grand Royal Casino and their online gaming partner BetGRW to integrate their brick-and-mortar and online casinos into the QCI Platform.

“This will give them a true 360-degree view of a player's worth. Integrating loyalty across multiple resort revenue streams from sportsbooks to table games, golf and hotel, is a core capability of our 5.1 QCI Platform."

LGRC, also known as Le Grand Royal Wolinak, is 100% owned by the Abenakis of Wôlinak Tribe in the city of Becancour, Canada. It has a fully integrated online platform (BetGRW) which combines with the retail venue, allowing customers to transfer funds seamlessly and to soon combine loyalty points.
