DraftKings partners with Sports Illustrated for exclusive Augusta event

As part of celebrating The Master’s golf event from Augusta National Golf Club, DraftKings and Sports Illustrated partnered to host an exclusive party for Dynasty Rewards members while featuring a live performance from musician Dave Matthews.

The Master’s will run from April 10-13, with golfers such as Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy having been favored to walk away with a victory prior to its opening round.
Good to know: DraftKings offered a free $50k bracket entry for the NCAA Women’s March Madness tournament, with first place receiving a grand prize of $5k while second and third were each awarded $1k
Matt Goldstein, EVP of Entertainment & Special Projects for Authentic, Sports Illustrated’s parent company, also spoke on the event, having said, “Much like the premium experiences that SI hosts in Club SI at COTA Austin, the Las Vegas and Miami Grand Prixs and the preeminent Big Game Weekend celebration at SI The Party, we aimed to plant our flag at one of golf’s biggest and most iconic tournaments.
“We were thrilled to once again partner with DraftKings and are certain that Augusta After Dark will be remembered as a highlight of the tournament.”
