TheLotter US announces expansion into Arizona

Lottery supplier TheLotter US has officially entered the Arizona state market, expanding its services into a fifth US state.
Indeed, this latest development comes closely following additional launches in both the New York and New Jersey state markets – both in June of last year. Prior to this, TheLotter launched in both Oregon and Minnesota – making Arizona its fifth US state.
Commenting on this latest update, Yael Hertz, CEO of TheLotter Group, said, “We’re thrilled to expand our service to yet another state. Now, Arizona residents can enjoy the convenience of entering their favorite lottery draws without having to go out and buy a ticket.”
Recent lottery-related news in Arizona saw Lotto.com make its debut in the state last summer, allowing players to purchase its scratch tickets and lottery draw games via its online platform – which is now live in 10 US states. Shortly after, Scientific Games also announced the extension of its partnership with the Arizona Lottery in August for an additional eight-year period. The Arizona state lottery officially launched in 2016.

Elsewhere in the state, the Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG) published a report on contributions made to the Arizona Benefits Fund during Q3 2024 earlier this week – highlighting that over $30.8m in Tribal contributions was received by the fund over the quarter.
Further, the ADG also posted Arizona’s sports wagering handle for the month of November last month, highlighting a handle figure of $897.6m – up 25.8% year-over-year.
