Lotto.com debuts in Arizona

Online lottery platform Lotto.com has launched in Arizona. Players throughout the state can now purchase scratch tickets and state lottery draw games through the platform.
Lotto.com has successfully launched in nine other states, including its recent debut in the state of Nebraska.
The company’s customer base has now reached nearly two million. During its ongoing US expansion plan, the company has contributed close to $85m to various state-funded lottery programs.
Company CEO Thomas Metzger described the recent launch into its 10th state as a milestone.
He further commented, “Today marks a great milestone for our team at Lotto.com as we proudly launch the platform in our tenth state.
“The expansion not only highlights our brand’s continuous growth but also reaffirms our dedication to revolutionizing the lottery industry across the nation.”
Arizona has welcomed legal sports betting outside of Tribal gaming for nearly three years. The state first legalized sports wagers in April 2021 after Governor Doug Ducey signed the bill into law. The state debuted its sports wagering market in September 2021, quickly showing itself to be a prominent market.
The state’s lottery contributes a portion of its funds to support local programs and charitable causes, including health and human services, as well as higher education.
Last year, the Arizona Lottery gave more than $318m to community support initiatives. The lottery has contributed more than $5.3m to local causes since its inception. The Arizona Lottery has also partnered with several businesses, including Pollard Banknote and its subsidiary, Mdoko.
