Seminole Hard Rock promotes Keith Sheldon

Sheldon previously served as Seminole Hard Rock's President of Entertainment for four years, booking the likes of Bruce Springsteen and Elton John.

Seminole Hard Rock has announced the internal promotion of Keith Sheldon to President of Entertainment and Brand Management for Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International. 

Sheldon previously held the position of President of Entertainment for four years. In this position, he was responsible for booking entertainment and sports talent such as The Rolling Stones, Metallica, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Wu-Tang Clan, The Chainsmokers, Dave Chappelle, Post Malone and others. 

Sheldon was also responsible for brand partnerships such as Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix and Las Vegas Grand Prix, Oracle Red Bull Racing and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. 

In his new and expanded role, Sheldon will be responsible for the oversight of brand management, consumer marketing, brand partnerships, and sponsorship revenue generation. 

Sheldon will also continue to oversee all facets of entertainment including talent buying, nightlife and industry relations. He will also continue to report to Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming.

Sheldon commented on his new position: "I am honored to work with incredible performers, partners, and Team Members at Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming and look forward to growing our unique brand offerings for entertainment lovers and guests around the world”. 

Last month, Seminole Hard Rock appointed Elena Alvarez as its SVP of Marketing and Brand Partnerships

Earlier this year, Hard Rock International announced a partnership with Pointe Vista Holding Company to develop a new casino and hotel at Lake Texoma. Construction is set to begin in March 2024 with the opening planned for 2026.
