Scott Carcillo becomes Koin’s new CCO
His background includes a previous role as CIO of Wynn Resorts.
Koin, a digital payments company founded by Gary Ellis and Gary Larkin, has added Scott Carcillo to the team as its new CCO.
Carcillo has a background in both the gaming and payments industry, and though he comes directly from an MD role at TI Partners, has also previously served as the GM of Payments at Blankfactor, the CIO at Shift4Payments, the SVP of Client Solutions at Freedom Pay and The CIO at Wynn Resorts.

While working with Wynn between 2006 and 2008, Carcillo’s teams were part of the strategy and revenue management during the opening of Wynn Macau and its expansion, as well as for the technology at Encore on the Las Vegas Strip. His most recent role, at TI Partners, saw him working for global clients of the investment bank.
Larkin added, “Scott’s background speaks for itself, and his expertise has been in great demand throughout the industry for many years. We’re fortunate to have him as a key member of the Koin leadership team.”
In early November, Bob Woodbury was also appointed Koin’s new COO, coming from former roles at FIS Global and NYCE Payments Network.
