Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has extended its partnership with Blue Lake Casino & Hotel. The casino resort will begin utilizing the QCI Power Pack “to elevate guest satisfaction and bolster profitability.”
Under the terms of the extended agreement, the collaboration will focus on streamlining operations and anticipating guest preferences by leveraging QCI’s data and analytics capabilities.
Blue Lake Casino & Hotel Director of Marketing Sam Wedll commented, “QCI has been an invaluable tool for our Marketing and Analysis initiatives. It has empowered our team at various levels to take pointed action and truly use all of our resources, including our own time, to the best of our ability.

QCI currently operates in 30 US states, as well as in 17 countries around the world. Its software has been updated in more than 250 casino resorts throughout North America, Latin America, Asia, Australia and Europe.
