Borgata Poker Open to feature $4m in guaranteed payouts
The series takes place from September 3-17 and features 63 events as well as four anchor events.
The Borgata Poker Open, run by BetMGM, will be returning to the Events Center at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City and feature $4m in guaranteed total payouts. Registration is currently open and players can reserve Borgata Poker Open seats exclusively on BetMGM Poker.

From the time of writing until September 12, BetMGM Poker will have weekly seat-only qualifiers for as little as a $2 buy-in, where players can earn a chance to attend Borgata Poker Open events. The operator will also offer chances to win Borgata Poker Open packages at different in-person events.
The Borgata Poker Open begins with the Kick Off Deep Stack on September 3 which has an $800 buy-in and a $1m guarantee. It concludes with the Borgata Poker Open Championship which includes a $3,500 buy-in and $1.5m guarantee that begins on September 13 and plays down to a live-streamed Final Table on September 17.
All main events for the Borgata Poker Open are reported to the GPI Index and Hendon Mob.
On August 8, BetMGM announced that it will be launching Light & Wonder’s Dragon Train slot game exclusively in North American markets, including New Jersey, Michigan and West Virginia. This makes BetMGM the first iGaming operator to bring the title to North America.
In March, Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson, Nevada launched the title exclusively on retail channels.
