Light and Wonder expands gaming presence in Oregon
The company announced the Oregon Lottery has purchased more than 1,200 additional Video Lottery Terminals (VLT).
Less than a year ago, the Oregon Lottery chose to purchase 1,175 Video Lottery Terminals (VLT) from Light and Wonder, beginning a partnership that will now expand with additional placements set to take place throughout the state. Light and Wonder has announced that the Lottery has purchased more than 1,200 additional VLTs, increasing its gaming presence in Oregon.
“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with the Oregon Lottery and to provide their players with our state-of-the-art KASCADA Dual Screen Multi-Games,” Light and Wonder Managing Director of Americas Gaming Niaz Nejad said.
“The additional placement of over 1,200 VLTs is a testament to the success and popularity of our games in the region. We are committed to delivering innovative and engaging gaming experiences that enhance player enjoyment and drive growth for our customers.”
The machines will house games such as Blazing Hot Celebrations, Lightning Tusks, American Original, Bier Haus, American Original Stars and Bars, Quick Hit Money Wheel, Treasure Fruits, Flush Frenzy Poker and more.
“We’re excited to continue our partnership in bringing Light & Wonder’s popular games and product expertise to our video lottery players,” Oregon Lottery Manager of Video Gaming Products Sar Richards said.

Light and Wonder also announced the limited launch of its newest large-screen Jumbo cabinet series, Horizon, in April. The machine represents the next phase of Light & Wonder’s Jumbo cabinet and features a 75-inch screen with surrounding LED panels.
