Blue Water Casino and Resort extends partnership with QCI
The casino originally agreed to purchase QCI’s gaming products suite in October of 2022 after a successful launch in its Parker, Arizona property.
Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has announced an extension to its partnership with Blue Water Casino and Resort, furthering the incorporation of QCI’s products in Blue Water properties. Blue Water will now add the QCI Power Pack and its embedded artificial intelligence to help towards guest satisfaction and profitability.
“QCI has been an invaluable tool for our slot development’s initiatives. It has empowered our team at various levels to take pointed action and truly use all of our resources, including our own time, to the best of our ability,” Blue Water Casino and Resort GM Shelly Eddy said.
“We have been able to make large strides toward goals that previously seemed unrealistic for a team the size of ours, and with the impending Power Pack rollout, this will only get better.”
The Colorado River Indian comprises four tribes including the Mohave, Chemehuevi, Hopi and Navajo. The tribes opened the Blue Water Resort and Casino in Parker, Arizona to draw both cultural and recreational tourists to the area.

The Blue Water Casino and Resort currently contains over 500 slot machines while also providing keno, blackjack and other gambling possibilities for guests.
The collaboration will focus on leveraging data and analytics to anticipate guest preferences, streamline operations and create experiences for Blue Water customers.
