DraftKings: NFL viewership to overpower The Masters this weekend

This upcoming Sunday presents a sports bonanza in the United States as golf’s most cherished event, The Masters, will compete side-by-side with the NFL.

DraftKings fan viewership research suggests NFL Sunday will outperform The Masters.

The sports betting company polled over 1,000 fans from both sports and found that 53% will most likely prioritize watching the NFL versus 18% for The Masters. However, approximately 60% would rather watch a Masters playoff than an NFL overtime period.

Four out of five fans would rather see their NFL team win Sunday compared to 16% who’d rather watch their favorite golfer wear the Green Jacket.

Fortunately, fans don’t have to choose betting one sport over the other. DraftKings found that 77% of fans are likely to engage with multi-sport gaming products that allow them to experience both the NFL and The Masters.
