Ontario's first rewards program ‘Great Canadian Rewards’ registration now open

September 28, 2023

The rewards program is free to join.

Great Canadian Entertainment has announced the launch of the first gaming and entertainment rewards program in Ontario called Great Canadian Rewards; and registration is now open.

Great Canadian Rewards will not only be the first rewards program in Ontario, but it also includes digitized and secure identity verification.

The program is free to join and provides members with a variety of exclusive perks when they use their Great Canadian Rewards program.

The perks include: free play rewards, complimentary and discounted dining privileges at participating restaurants, as well as discounts on hotel stays at the Pickering Casino Resort, Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel and the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, which recently opened in June.

Extra perks of the rewards program include: front-in-line pre-sale access to live concerts and events, as well as invitations to members-only promotions and more.

When signing up for the program, guests will need to digitally verify their identity using the Interac document verification service and confirm information such as: their name and date of birth.

Gavin Whiteley, CMO at Great Canadian Entertainment, commented, “Our vision is to advance the gaming landscape in Canada, and allowing our guests to become members from the comfort of their mobile device is a significant step toward achieving that goal.

“We are thrilled with the overwhelming response and success of the Great Canadian Rewards loyalty program, and are excited about the prospect of making it easier for them to begin their Great Canadian Rewards journey before their first visit.”
