The California casino adds to the growing list of Tribal casino properties that QCI software supports.

Augustine Casino and Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) have jointly announced that the casino is installing the QCI Host Platform. QCI Host is currently being established throughout the property, which calls itself “Coachella’s Best Kept Secret.”

The Augustine Casino is owned and operated by the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians. It houses 740 slot machines, two restaurants and a bar. Augustine Casino prominently features two Casino Hosts, Paul and Salem Garcia on its website. The player development team will begin training shortly to add QCI Host as well.

Lindsay Grant, Augustine Casino CMO, said, "Augustine is known for amazing service and value and our connection with our guests. QCI allows us to deepen that connection and provide individualized service by equipping our hosts with invaluable real-time data."

Andrew Cardno, QCI TO, said, "Augustine Casino's decision to select our QCI Platform shows the importance of continually developing products that truly fit our customer's needs.

“We collaborate daily with the 1,800 player development professionals using our host tool to constantly add features and functionality for ease of use."

Just over a week ago, QCI released the latest version if its Enterprise platform. Cardno also spoke at this year’s Indian Gaming Association Conference on the topic of protecting tribal sovereignty.

QCI was chosen by at least three other Tribal casino operators in March 2023 alone, with Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming installing QCI Enterprise throughout its properties, as well as Michigan’s FireKeepers Casino and Oregon’s Spirit Mountain Casino choosing QCI software for their locations.
