CEO of QCI says Hard Rock's adoption of its technology ‘proves the scalability' of the platform for larger organizations.

Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming, together with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) have announced that the QCI Enterprise Platform will be introduced and used at their casino properties going forward.

The QCI Enterprise Platform is designed to align a casino’s player development, marketing and gaming with real-time operational tools developed for the gaming industry. The deployment of the platform is currently in progress at US, Canada and Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) locations.

Hard Rock says QCI Enterprise will further enhance its casinos’ guest experience capabilities with more integration features.

Dan Ingster, VP of Gaming Operations for Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, said, "This QCI Enterprise Platform rollout will unlock new ways to ensure and exceed the entertainment experience guests expect when visiting Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming casinos.

"The QCI platform's integration of market basket analytics, combined with player development and marketing tooling, empowers team members across the enterprise to engage with guests in new, powerful ways."

QCI’s Enterprise platform was also chosen recently by FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Michigan, Spirit Mountain Casino in Oregon and Saracen Casino Resort in Arkansas.

Dr. Ralph Thomas, CEO of QCI, said, "We are proud to have deployed our QCI Enterprise Platform to support Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming casino properties. This is proof of the scalability of our platform for large enterprise organizations that have dozens of input source systems from hundreds of data tables.

“We thank Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming team members for widely embracing the tool and enabling us to further build out our capabilities."
