The update offers an additional 200 features and enhancements.

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has launched version 5.2 of QCI Enterprise Platform, its flagship product. The updated software gives users more than 200 new enhancements and features.

The company noted that 5.2 is its most significant update to date. QCI Enterprise Platform 5.2 includes predictive algorithms that allow for customer forecasting and integrated communication.

QCI said in a statement: “The 5.2 version upgrade focuses on three key areas: player development, marketing and gaming operations, ensuring a comprehensive and feature-rich experience for users across the board.”

CTO Andrew Cardno said the company hopes the release will aid businesses in streamlining their services to clients.

He commented: "We are thrilled to release version 5.2 of our Quick Custom Intelligence software, which reflects our commitment to continuous innovation and providing our clients with the most advanced and efficient solutions in the market.

“We are confident that the enhanced features and functionality of this release will empower businesses to make smarter decisions and optimize their operations for maximum success."

QCI installs its configured software and real-time operational tools, for both the gaming and hospitality industries. The company’s platform is currently utilized in more than 100 casino resorts throughout North America, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Cardno was recently selected to speak at this year’s Indian Gaming Association Conference on the topic of protecting tribal sovereignty. His addition to the panel came as a joint announcement from the IGA and QCI.

The QCI executive recently spoke on this topic, where he addressed a range of considerations that cover topics like data transaction taxation risks and regulatory controls.
