Sightline Payments has rebranded its mobile loyalty platform and welcomed additional casino partners.

Sightline Payments has given its mobile loyalty platform a makeover.

Mobile+ Powered by Joingo represents the next stage in the platform’s “evolution,” said Sightline, who believes it will further “empower” casino operators.

The app solution is designed to engage patrons through interactive campaigns, which Sightline claims can be tailored to suit each casino’s needs and optimise guests’ experience.

Ultimately, Sightline is hoping to better capture customers’ attention by targeting them “where they spend a lot of their time – on their phones.”

Operators can, for example, use the cloud-based system and analytics to send personalized messages and promotions to their patrons, “no coding required.”

“Mobile+ Powered by Joingo gives the casino operator the ability to easily reach their patrons where they spend a lot of their time – on their phones,” said Joe Pappano, Sightline’s Co-CEO.

“Mobile+ has become the market leader in customized casino apps due to its functionality and adaptability to each property and their needs.”

Thus far, Mobile+ apps are live in more than 100 casinos across the US, including California’s Graton Casino & Resort, which is owned and operated by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria.

Kirk Olson, Sightline’s Senior VP of Sales, said: “We’re thrilled to announce our launch at Graton Casino & Resort as their Mobile+ app goes live, helping those operators better engage their patrons.

“The Mobile+ platform enables casinos to tailor each offering to maximize each guest’s experience.”

Mobile+ can be integrated with Sightline’s flagship Play+ product. Sightline Payments acquired Joingo and its mobile technology in June 2021.
