Green Valley Ranch to introduce $200m property-wide renovation in 2026

The Station Casinos’ property will unveil 69,000 sq ft of new meeting and convention space in January 2026, part of a phased renovation being undertaken throughout the casino hotel.

Green Valley Ranch casino hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada will unveil a $200m property-wide renovation in January 2026, set to feature a remodeling of the property’s meeting and convention space as well as its 493 guest rooms and suites.
The redesign is part of a phased renovation currently being undertaken throughout the Station Casinos-operated facility, as the updated guest rooms and suites will feature new carpet designs, furnishing, custom lighting and wall coverings.
“The transformation of Green Valley Ranch’s convention and meeting space reflects our commitment to timeless design, modern functionality and seamless guest experience,” Station Casinos Corporate VP of Sales Deanna Burgess said.
“Our refreshed meetings and event spaces celebrate the property’s timeless Mediterranean heritage while introducing bold, contemporary design touches that elevate meetings and gatherings.”

The renovation is led by the in-house design and construction team for Station Casinos, as well as in partnership with architecture studio WATG and sister firm Wimberly Interior. A fellow Station Casinos’ property, Durango Casino & Resort, is also undergoing a $116m renovation to offer guests a second parking garage and an additional 25,000 sq ft of casino space.
The Durango Casino & Resort expansion has a projected completion date for the end of 2025 or early 2026, possibly joining Green Valley ranch in debuting its new renovations by January of next year.
