Rebet debuts free-to-play social sportsbook in 47 states

Rebet has launched its free-to-play social sportsbook app in the US. Players in 47 states can download it via the App Store.

The Rebet App is designed to offer players social feeds and peer-to-peer contests. Players can design personalized contests with their own term settings within an interactive environment.

This gives users the opportunity to “deepening the social connections within the community, making every wager a personal duel of wits and prediction prowess,” the company said.

Company CEO Carson Hubbard discussed the launch in more detail by saying, “Sports fandom is about our desire for social interaction and community, and until today those elements have been missing in both traditional and social sportsbooks.

“Rebet is revolutionizing this experience with all the essential elements of the sports betting experience in one easy-to-use, and interactive app. We know users are going to love our experience and we are thrilled to introduce Rebet to the world.”

With Rebet’s app, sports fans can interact through features like those on social media. The app also gives players access to official and real-time data for more than 60 college and pro sports leagues.

Company CMO Bella DiGiovanni described the release as a milestone moment for Rebet.

She commented, “Today is a historic day for Rebet as we are bringing together the sports betting community like never before in a seamless app offering unprecedented features.

“With access to official data across all their favorite sports, we are providing our community with a new, and incredible, experience on Rebet.”

Rebet was founded by Dartmouth College students who wanted to create “a community-centric approach to the social sports betting experience.”
