Fontainebleau Las Vegas reports sold-out shows over New Year’s Eve

The two nights of performances saw both Jesse Jo Stark and Post Malone take the stage at the newly opened BleauLive Theater,

The New Year’s Eve celebrations at Fontainebleau Las Vegas were sold-out, despite the venue only opening a few weeks earlier.

The performance was held on both nights of the weekend, with Jesse Jo Stark opening and Post Malone headlining.

Jesse Jo Stark, an American alternative pop musician, performed a variety of her songs, including Dandelion, Lipstick and Pussycat.

Regarding the event, she said: “I’m so excited to be opening for Post Malone.

“We’re bringing in the New Year together, tonight and tomorrow, you better get wild.”

The event was held inside the newly constructed BleauLive Theater, a 3,800-seat venue operated by Live Nation.

A live string quartet announced the start of Post Malone’s performance, with the musician taking the stage to sing Better Now as his first song of the night.

He would then perform both new releases alongside older fan favourites, such as Sunflower, Rockstar, Wow, I Like You (A Happier Song), and Chemicals.

During the event, Post Malone said: “I wanted to say thank you so much for coming out and hanging out tonight ladies and gentlemen.

“It means the world to me, and I hope everyone here had an amazing holiday. I hope everyone has an amazing 2024.

“I want to thank this beautiful establishment. One of the first shows in here – this place is stunning.”

As part of the celebrations, Fontainebleau Las Vegas also hosted a pyrotechnics show, produced by Fireworks by Grucci which was launched from the property’s rooftop.
