PointsBet receives accreditation from the Responsible Gaming Council
Both PointsBet USA and Canada passed the RG Check program following a three-year review.
PointsBet USA and PointsBet Canada have both been approved for accreditation under the RG Check program, administered by the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC).
The RGC is an international authority on responsible gambling that operates independently from the gaming industry.
The RG Check program was developed by the RGC’s Advancement of Best Practices scheme and is a rigorous responsible gambling accreditation. The RG Check was created in consultation with a diverse set of stakeholders, from policymakers to gaming providers, and from players to problem gamblers.
Accreditation is granted for three years after careful review by responsible gaming specialists from the RGC panel.

As part of the accreditation process, RGC staff reviewed PointsBet.com and PointsBet.ca based on the nine RG Check standards. This encompassed a comprehensive review of documentation and training, employee surveys and interviews and testing of their websites.
RGC CEO Shelley White remarked: “This achievement is a strong demonstration of PointsBet’s commitment to prioritizing player protection, education and harm minimization throughout its operations.”
