EquiLottery signs MLB deal

EquiLottery Games has signed a multi-year agreement with MLB that will see the lottery developer launch a new game based on the league.
Baseball Bucks, the new lottery draw game, will feature MLB’s official branding along with the league’s 30 clubs.
Under the new agreement, MLB will be the first North American major league to enter into the lottery game market, with players able to purchase a ticket featuring 10 games each day of the league’s season.
EquiLottery hopes to expand on this agreement further by collaborating on other games involving the league.
Brad Cummings, EquiLottery CEO, said: “We are pleased to be working with one of the most iconic leagues in professional sports worldwide.
“We have already hit the ground running and the early response from lotteries to Baseball Bucks has been exceedingly positive.”
After signing agreements earlier this year, FanDuel and DraftKings also both partnered with MLB as the league’s official gaming operators.
The partnerships permit both operators to use official MLB data and logos in their online and retail sportsbooks, while also enabling them to enhance wagering offerings.
