M Resort unveils new gaming floor

M Resort in Henderson, Nevada – owned and operated by Penn Entertainment – has unveiled its updated casino floor which includes 92,000 sq ft of gaming space and represents the first phase of a multi-million-dollar property-wide renovation originally announced in December 2023.
“Our goal was to create an immersive, elevated casino experience that connects with our identity as a resort retreat,” M Resort VP and GM Hussain Mahrous said.
“These design upgrades celebrate the natural beauty of our desert location and signal what’s to come with the completion of our expansion.”
The renovation plans also include a second hotel tower for the property which is currently under construction and expected to be completed by early 2026, as Penn Entertainment executives projected a cost of $206m for the upgrades at the time of announcement.
M Resort’s updated casino floor also includes 39 reupholstered table games, nearly 1,125 sq ft of new carpet, an updated high limit room, a relocated Coors Light Chill Zone and a new connection to the Raiders Tavern & Grill restaurant.

The property originally launched in March 2009, having stood as the Las Vegas Valley’s southernmost property at the time of opening, prior to its acquisition by Penn Entertainment in 2011.
M Resort is known as the official team hotel of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL franchise, while the hotel-casino also regularly partners with Foley Entertainment Group and its Henderson Silver Knights minor-league NFL team.
