Reservations for first Canadian-based Gordon Ramsay Steak now open
The launch was made possible through a partnership previously formed between Great Canadian Entertainment and Gordon Ramsay North America.

Gordon Ramsay Steak at Great Canadian Entertainment’s River Rock Casino Resort property is now accepting reservations, representing the first Gordon Ramsay Steak to be launched within the country.
Great Canadian and Gordon Ramsay North America have a long-standing partnership that included the debut of Gordon Ramsay Burger at Great Canadian Vancouver Casino during December 2023.
The restaurant includes well-known dishes from the acclaimed chef such as beef wellington as well as locally-sourced wine selections.
The menu is said to emphasize “seasonality, sustainability and local sourcing,” with 75% of its produce, 85% of beef and all pork and salmon sourced from Canadian producers.

We are always looking to create unforgettable dining and entertainment experiences for our guests, and we can think of no better place to debut this special restaurant than right here in BC.”
The 266-seat restaurant features a main dining room, a bar and lounge, the outdoor Marina Terrace area and a private dining space.
