VIP Play gains access to West Virginia market through Delaware North agreement

VIP Play announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Delaware North that will allow the company to gain market access in West Virginia for sports betting and online casinos.
Currently operating in both the US and international gaming markets, the terms of VIP Play’s new agreement fall under Delaware North’s Wheeling Island Casino license. The move into West Virginia represents the first part of VIP Play’s planned US expansion efforts for 2025.
The company also currently operates in the state of Tennessee as ZenSports.
“We appreciate Delaware North’s access to the wonderful state of West Virginia,” VIP Play CEO and Chairman of the Board Bruce Cassidy said.
“This is an ideal market for VIP Play, Inc. to expand into as part of our US expansion efforts. We welcome the addition of online casino – ‘iGaming’ – to our list of offerings within the US and are excited to bring the VIP Play mobile app to West Virginia residents and visitors in 2025.”
