Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) and Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel have announced a strategic enterprise partnership that both companies hope will enhance the gaming and hospitality industries within the Washington market.
The software deployment has reportedly been completed at the property and training is set to begin soon for staff members. The enterprise platform is expected to improve operations, optimize service and ensure guests have a positive experience while staying at the casino hotel.

Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel is owned and operated by The Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation and includes offerings such as slots, table games, bingo and a sportsbook.

On September 3, QCI agreed to a three-year partnership deal with Miccosukee Casino & Resort in an attempt to improve operational efficiency at the property as well.
