LVXP announces new entertainment venue development project on Las Vegas Strip
The company will team up with Steelman Partners, which will design the facility.
Real estate development company LVXP has unveiled details regarding an experiential mixed-use development project on the Las Vegas Strip. The new facility will sit on 27 acres on South Las Vegas Boulevard near Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Resorts World Las Vegas.
LVXP CEO James R. Frasure Jr. described the project as an opportunity to contribute to a longstanding city legacy.
He explained further by saying, “We are honored to be stewards of this significant milestone in the city’s legacy. Our commitment is to create a destination that captures the essence of Las Vegas and provides lasting benefits for the community.
“For me, this endeavor is more than a project – it’s a promise to uphold the spirit of innovation and enthusiasm that defines our local culture.”
LVXP will be bringing several of its key leaders in on the project, including Chief Construction Officer Nick Tomasino, who was involved in The Sphere construction project as its manager. Tomasino served as Madison Square Garden Entertainment’s Chief Construction Officer.
Tomasino commented, “My experience leading the construction of some of the most iconic developments on the Strip has provided me with the insight and expertise necessary to bring this project to fruition.
“I am thrilled for the opportunity to yet again build a destination that will transform Las Vegas Boulevard and leave a long-lasting positive impact for future generations.”
Steelman Partners will head up design for the upcoming project. Company CEO Paul Steelman said he is excited to partner with LVXP.
