Kahnawake Gaming Commission appoints Asensi as approved agent

Kahnawake has brought operating agent Asensi on board to ensure global regulation.

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission operates as a regulatory body for the gaming industry, currently licensing over 50 online gaming operators, from online poker rooms, online casinos and online sportsbook sites.

Asensi Technologies CEO Aurora Salas has expressed that the company wanted to "extend our gratitude to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission for trusting in our capabilities," adding that "this appointment further validates our dedication to providing comprehensive technical compliance and certification services."

Currently, Asensi Technologies serves both suppliers and operators as a provider of Technical Compliance and Certification services for online gambling and gaming companies, operating out of Spain since 2017. Further, as of February 2024, Asensi Technologies will also operate out of Peru following their accreditation from the DGOJ.

Kahnawake’s decision to appoint Asensi Technologies demonstrates trust in Asensi’s ability to assist the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in meeting its regulatory objectives and standards, further upholding the integrity of the gaming industry at every level.

As a company, Asensi has developed a range of services over time which will now be utilized to facilitate consistent and faultless compliance with the regulations of the gaming industry from an estimated 250 online gaming sites licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Asensi Technologies specializes in aiming to guarantee regulatory conformity across the gaming industry, and a partnership such as this will allow them a wide range of new avenues in which to explore and operate.

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission is authorized to issue licenses to gaming companies across the globe, and is sure to play a large the regulation of iGaming in the growing Asian market.
