PepsiCo unveiled as official partner of the Sphere

The venue will sell PepsiCo soft drinks and Frito-Lay snacks. Could it become a giant Pepsi can one day...?

Sphere Entertainment has secured a new multi-faceted partnership with PepsiCo, with the global beverage and foods company now an official partner of the Sphere. 

Through this deal, some of PepsiCo’s products are now available at all Sphere events, with a variety of its brands featured on the venue’s Exosphere. 

Part of PepsiCo’s product line on offer includes Pepsi, Pepsi Zero Sugar, Diet Pepsi, Starry, Mountain Dew, Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos and others. 

PepsiCo is also a signature partner of other venues and properties owned and operated by the MSG Family of Companies including the New York Knicks and Rangers.

MSG Sports President and COO David Hopkinson said: "We are pleased to welcome PepsiCo to Sphere, deepening a partnership that now extends across our portfolio. 

"PepsiCo shares our commitment to bringing people together through the power of live events, and we look forward to working with them at Sphere to continue building on the world-class experience we offer guests in the venue." 

PepsiCo Global Foodservice Chief Marketing Officer, Scott Finlow, added: "When it comes to creating memorable food and beverage experiences, we're constantly pushing the boundaries.  

"Our partnership with Sphere presents a unique opportunity – we can connect our Brands with visitors from all across the globe and deliver disruptive creative work on Sphere's unique Exosphere." 

In other partnership news today, operator bet365 made its official launch into the state of Indiana, marking the eighth state in which it is present, with the launch coming in partnership with the French Lick Resort.
