Enteractive and Resorts Digital Gaming partner for US market engagement

The company plans to reach out to players one-on-one to reactivate accounts and ‘reduce churn.’
Enteractive, which works within the sports betting and iGaming industry to help operators retain and reactive their customer engagement, has partnered with Resorts Digital Gaming. The new campaign, which also intends to boost player conversion, will run in licensed US jurisdictions.

Resorts Digital Gaming operates New Jersey’s online Resorts Casino, an extension of Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City. This partnership will also include a campaign for Mohegan Sun Online Casino in New Jersey.
Enteractive won Services Provider of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards London earlier this year. The company will be campaigning to activate registered, but non-funded, player accounts (RNFs) and contacting lapsed players with an emphasis on reducing ‘registration churn.’
The company also partnered with Coolbet in June to reach out to the iGaming and sportsbook company’s players within Latin America.
Resorts Digital Gaming will use Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud platform and collaborate with Enteractive agents to reach out to players via phone.
