Enteractive will use a personal, conversation-based approach to reach both lapsed and future Coolbet players.

Coolbet, Estonian iGaming and sportsbook company, has partnered with Enteractive with the aim of increasing its player activation and retention across Latin America. Enteractive will drive targeted campaigns and organize activation projects for Coolbet’s brand.

Using its (Re)Activation Cloud platform to focus on registered, non-funded player accounts, Enteractive will work to bring players back to betting with Coolbet. The company also plans to reduce the brand’s ‘registration churn.’

Andrew Foster, Enteractive's Head of Business Development, said, "Our mission is to connect iGaming brands with their players through real one-to-one conversations. We are confident that our expert team of call agents will help Coolbet achieve new levels of success in player conversions and reactivations.

“With each and every call adding value to the player's brand experience, conversion or reactivation campaigns should not be overlooked."

In 2022, Enteractive’s global call agents interacted with over 6.5 million players in every time zone. In February 2023, Enteractive won Services Provider of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards London

A selection of player segment data will be shared from Coolbet to Enteractive agents, with a view to engaging both past and future players via individual phone conversations. This style of personalized contact will be added to Coolbet’s current CRM capabilities, as well as used to promote responsible gaming values.

Coolbet calls itself ‘the most transparent sportsbook’ and has a motto of ‘Stay cool, bet responsibly.’ Its platform also allows players to track all betting and gaming activity, including both wins and losses, anytime.

Julija Moisenko, Head of Marketing Operations at Coolbet, added, "We are thrilled to be working with Enteractive and their unique approach to player engagement. This partnership enables us to stand out from the competition and demonstrate to our players that we care about their experience."
