He will serve as a leader for both Seminole Gaming and for Hard Rock International.

Seminole Hard Rock has named Vincent Zahn as Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International’s (HRI) EVP and CFO.

Zahn’s responsibilities will include leading HRI’s accounting, financial planning and risk management departments, as well as overseeing capital markets, corporate finance and treasury for the company.

Zahn will step into his new positions with more than 10 years of experience in the public gaming entertainment industry. Prior to joining HRI, he worked on Wall Street in the financial sector at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an equity analyst for casino gaming and hospitality companies.

Zahn most recently served as the SVP and Treasurer for Wynn Resorts, Limited before working for HRI.

HRI Chairman and CEO of Seminole Gaming Jim Allen took a moment to welcome Zahn to his new roles and described his skillset as a great company asset.

Allen commented, "Vincent's expertise and background in casino gaming and financial markets make him an invaluable asset to the global growth of our organization.

"We are excited to welcome him to the leadership team."

In other Hard Rock news, the company recently partnered with Grammy-nominated genre-bending artist, Halsey to release Hard Rock x Halsey Signature Series Pride Edition T-shirts during Pride Month. The collaboration was part of Hard Rock’s "Love Out Loud" campaign.

As part of the celebration, Hard Rock hosted a private show by Halsey at Hard Rock Café London Old Park Lane. In addition to their performance, the queer artist donated memorabilia to Rock Rock’s collection during the VIP event.
