Graton's VP and Assistant GM calls the opportunity to use the ‘elite' software a ‘dream come true.'

Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park, California will be working with OPTX for its suite of technology and casino management solutions. OPTX includes player development, player connect, marketing, slots and AI tools that will replace Graton’s current technology.

OPTX Co-CEO, Brooke Fiumara, said, “The team at Graton sought out OPTX to provide a tool that will be utilized across departments to create a single source of data and operational functionality for multiple disparate systems within the property.

“Upgrading to OPTX provides the Graton team with an intuitive and easy-to-use application for data-driven decision-making that directly impacts the guest experience. From artificial intelligence-driven marketing campaigns to strategic machine placement on the floor, OPTX will help them optimize the most important areas of their business.”

OPTX’s management system was also recently selected in March by Muckleshoot Casino, located in Auburn, Washington.

Brian Green, VP and Assistant GM for Graton, commented, “It is every casino operator’s dream to create the best possible customer experience while optimizing the bottom line. The team at Graton looks forward to utilizing OPTX’s elite software.”

OPTX provides real-time, unique insights for casino operators via either desktop or mobile applications. The system data aims to make sure ‘no actionable player is missed,’ while also working to enable casino staff to spend more time on strategy, customer service and experience than on data collection.

In the May/June issue of Gambling Insider, OPTX VP of Data Science, Steve Bright, discusses the use of AI within the gaming industry in further detail.
