The Washington entertainment destination is pleased with its new casino data platform.

Muckleshoot Casino, located in Auburn, Washington, and owned by the Muckleshoot Tribe, has become OPTX’s latest client. The casino intelligence agency, founded by former casino executives, is proud to begin working with Muckleshoot, which bills itself as, “The Northwest’s Biggest and Best Casino.”

OPTX, shortlisted for land-based product of the year at the Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas, delivers a suite of marketing, player development, slots and artificial intelligence solutions.

Junior Maldonado, Executive Director of Gaming Operations for Muckleshoot Casino, said the facility needed a ‘best-in-class tool to integrate all their departments.’

Maldonado commented, “Being able to streamline our operations is key, and by utilizing the most advanced principles in AI and data modeling, OPTX is able to provide actionable recommendations that have proven to increase player visitation and satisfaction, providing an unparalleled customer experience.”

OPTX aims to address the challenges casino operators face through technology. Available via desktop and mobile applications, the data intelligence processing used by OPTX is designed for casinos of all sizes, and is both modular and scalable.

Brooke Fiumara, Co-CEO of OPTX said, “By selecting OPTX, Muckleshoot will have access to data that will create an unparalleled 360-degree view of their operations. OPTX will enhance their ability to apply data-driven strategies and operational alignment across the board. We are thrilled to welcome Muckleshoot Casino to the team!"

Three months ago, OPTX also entered a three-year partnership with Rush Street Gaming. Rush Street Gaming CEO Tim Drehkoff commented, "We were seeking a player development solution that contained advanced operational functionality for hosts and managers yet was simple to install and easy to use.”
