The supplier says it is committed to serving Tribal casinos as it begins new partnership.

International Game Technology (IGT) has announced an expansion of its sports betting offerings to New Mexico. The agreement for IGT to enter the southwestern state will be through a multi-year partnership with the Pueblo of Santa Ana Tribe.

Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel, in Santa Ana Pueblo, has replaced a competitor’s technology with IGT’s platform. The winner of Casino Supplier of the Year at Global Gaming Awards London 2023, IGT will provide its PlaySports platform, self-service betting kiosks and trading advisory services.

John Cirrincione, CEO of Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel, said, "IGT offers a scalable and reliable turnkey sports betting solution that Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel deployed to elevate the performance and appeal of our sportsbook.

"IGT's partnership and proven PlaySports platform enable us to provide our casino patrons with premium sports betting options."

IGT PlaySports is in use at more than 80 gaming locations across North America. IGT also won Land-Based Product of the Year at Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas for its PeakBar Top sports betting panel display.

Joe Asher, IGT President of Sports Betting, said, "Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel knew that adding sports betting would enhance the gaming experiences available to its patrons when it opened its sportsbook several years ago and we are thrilled that the Tribe has decided to upgrade its offering by partnering with IGT.

"IGT is committed to leveraging our vast experience powering sports betting at Tribal casinos and our world-class betting products and services to help Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel achieve maximum sportsbook growth."
