Both companies claim the Brazilian market will benefit from further efficiency and personalized experiences.

Betfast, an online sports betting company, has inked a new deal with technology company and iGaming CRM provider, Fast Track. Both companies are positive about working together to expand within the Brazilian gaming market.

Fast Track’s customer engagement platform has integrated OpenAI and offers real-time data analysis and personalized player experiences. The addition of Betfast is said to further drive player engagement and retention efforts.

Earlier this year, Fast Track launched its new AI language technology for automated campaign generation. CEO and Co-Founder Simon Lidzén said during that launch, "We expect to see unprecedented levels of productivity and efficiency for our partners.”

The CRM provider also integrated gameplay risk engine, Greco, within its service. Greco will enable further player segmentation and facilitate detection of any dubious behavior.

Khatlen Guse, Vice President of Betfast, said, "We are excited to be working with Fast Track and leveraging their cutting-edge technology to improve our player engagement and retention efforts.

We believe this partnership will help us achieve our growth objectives in the Brazilian market and deliver exceptional, hyper-personalized experiences to our players."

Fast Track CCO Jean-Luc Ferriere said of the new partnership, "We are thrilled to be partnering with Betfast.io and supporting them in their efforts to take their player engagement to the next level.

“Our powerful customer engagement platform will provide Betfast.io with the tools they need to create personalised experiences for their players, drive loyalty, and ultimately grow their business."

Though the current focus for both companies is on Brazil, Fast Track works globally from offices in Malta, Sweden, Spain and the US.
