Lake of the Torches Resort Casino to implement Passport’s Lush loyalty platform
The casino resort will install Mira player enrollment kiosks throughout its gaming floor.
Lake of the Torches Resort Casino has selected Passport Technology’s Lush loyalty and rewards platform, along with its Mira player enrollment kiosks to be installed throughout the resort.
Passport Technology Chief Product and Marketing Officer Diallo Gordon said: “Lake of the Torches is a savvy operator with a high standard for player development and customer engagement.
“We can’t wait to spoil them with outstanding service and unique features specific to the Lush platform that drive player acquisition and retention.”
Guests can receive rewards like e-gift cards, physical cards, real merchandise or their own inventory through point redemption and will also have access to exclusive offers and customizable games through the Lush platform.

Passport’s Lush is the company’s first HTML5, cloud-based loyalty and rewards platform. Casino operators can increase engagement, player enrollment and point redemption through the loyalty program.
Lake of the Torches Resort Casino CEO Bill Guelcher voiced the destination’s eagerness to implement the Lush platform and said this is the next step in generating additional brand awareness.
