Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort: Deadwood Casino and Gaming Hotel in South Dakota has chosen to implement Passport Technology’s loyalty rewards program, Passport Lush. The program assists casino operators through customized offers and games.
Passport CEO Cleve Tzung said: "We are delighted to expand our loyalty suite of service and products to the South Dakota market and work collaboratively with savvy and tested operators like Tin Lizzie.
"Lush will be a transformative and effective tool in driving guest satisfaction and player engagement; a true differentiator within this competitive market, where casinos share doors and walls."
Players at Tin Lizzie can enroll in Passport Lush for access to points and rewards through the rewards program. Tin Lizzie will install the platform through Mira player enrollment kiosks.
Tin Lizzie Resort General Manager David Knight commented: "The Lush platform has all the tools to help us continue building customer loyalty and engagement. We are always looking for ways to enhance our customer's experience which made Lush a no-brainer.
"The flexibility the Lush platform brings to our operations just made sense. We are looking forward to having a simplistic yet robust tool for enrollments, promotions, drawings, game, and point redemptions at Tin Lizzie."
Passport Principal - Digital Wallet, Loyalty & Innovation Diallo Gordon said: "Tin Lizzie remains one of the premier operators in and around Deadwood, South Dakota, and we are excited to bring Lush as an integral part of their new and expanded player development strategy.”
Passport Technology recently partnered with The Point Casino & Hotel to expand Passport’s Lush loyalty and rewards program to guests throughout the Pacific Northwest. The casino will install Mira player enrollment kiosks on its gaming floor.
This is the first Pacific Northwest expansion project for Passport, a customer engagement and payment technology company. Passport’s Lush is the company’s first HTML5, cloud-based loyalty and rewards platform.
