Play'n Go follows its partner BetMGM into the Wolverine State.

Supplier Play’n Go has gone live in Michigan. It follows its operating partner BetMGM, which recently made its own entry into the Wolverine State.

BetMGM players in Michigan now have access to Play’n Go’s new Christmas title Xmas Joker.

Play’n Go plans to follow this with the launch of its entire online slot portfolio, which includes Rich Wilde and the Book of the Dead, Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness and Crystal Sun.

The supplier says its entry into Michigan highlights its “commitment to growth” across the US and follows a string of hires made within US-regulated states.

Play’n Go CCO Magnus Olsson said: “We believe strongly that the future of the industry will be in regulated spaces, and so it's with considerable pride that we are able to bring our content today to one of the first states in the US to really grasp the regulated iGaming opportunity – Michigan.

“As states like Michigan, New Jersey and others have shown, there is considerable demand from players for safely and responsibly organised iGaming entertainment opportunities.

“I’m sure we’ll see more states introduce regulated iGaming over the coming 12-24 months, and I know that Play’n Go is exceptionally well positioned to thrive in the USA.”

The supplier adds that it intends to release over 50 new online game titles within the next year, across the markets in which it is regulated.

In October, Play’n Go launched in New Jersey, which continued the expansion of its “fruitful relationship” with BetMGM.

At the time, Olsson said: “We’ve only been live in the US for a few short weeks, and we are already gaining significant momentum."
