Bragg Gaming Group has signed a three-year content licensing agreement with Sega Sammy Creation (SSC), a land-based slot games provider. The deal paves the way for Bragg to gain exclusive distributions rights to select SSC titles and gain a larger foothold throughout North America and Europe.
SSC is part of the Sega Sammy Group, which is based in Japan and is known for its arcade games and Sega-branded video game consoles, as well as its pachislot and pachinko machines businesses.
Bragg Gaming operates in Nevada through its subsidiary, Wild Streak Gaming, which offers its portfolio of casino games to land-based, online and social media casino operators throughout the US and the UK.
Sega Sammy Creation Chairman and CEO Scott Winzeler said the company is excited to collaborate with Bragg and anticipates building a larger fanbase through the agreement.
He commented: “We are delighted to partner with Bragg to bring our proven land-based content to a broader audience of iGaming players over the coming years.
“We believe the strength of Bragg’s RGS platform, and their diverse array of well-known operator partners represent an attractive way to access global players wherever they are and whenever they want to interact with our strongest content.”
The deal will allow Bragg to license and adapt select SSC titles and tailor those for both the North American and European online gaming markets. Titles that have been developed as SSC’s “intellectual property” will be listed as “powered by Bragg” along with other partner studio titles in its slot library.
Bragg Group Director of Content Doug Fallon said: “As a growing, content-led business-to-business provider of iGaming solutions to operators in regulated markets, we continue to invest in the expansion of our game portfolio developed by our internal studios and by key third-party partners.
“This new licensing partnership with SSC brings to our content library an established, well-known brand that we believe will resonate with players in North America and across our global platform.”
Bragg is now live in four states, including Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan through its Spin Games subsidiary. The company plans future exclusive game rollouts in additional US states later this year via its proprietary Atomic Slot Lab studio and from third-party sources.
