International Game Technology (IGT) has released its Resort Wallet and IGTPay cashless gaming solutions at Oklahoma’s Indigo Sky Casino.
Casino guests can transfer funds between their personal accounts and slot games by using the 'Indigo Sky & Outpost Casinos' app, which is available for download on iPhone and Android devices. Players have access to a PIN-protected SKYWallet through the app and can use several funding sources, including ACH accounts, as well debit and credit cards.
The app also allows players the option of cashless slot play.
Indigo Sky Casino General Manager Melanie Heskett described the recent deployment as “one of the most transformative” the casino has completed during the last few years. She stressed the importance of offering cashless gaming due to a rise in interest.
Heskett commented: “Not only do we see the technology help drive slot play, but cashless gaming is also readily driving downloads of our app, delighting tech-savvy guests, streamlining aspects of operations and delivering choice and convenience to our valued customers."
IGT SVP Global Systems, Payments, VLT and Video Poker, Ryan Reddy, echoed these sentiments regarding the growing demand for cashless gaming and emphasized the company’s desire to offer players user-friendly technology.
He said: "As consumer demand for digital conveniences gains momentum across nearly every sector, IGT is at the forefront of helping casino operators such as Indigo Sky Casino join the cashless gaming transformation and modernize the guest experience."
Reddy also said he is pleased to see Indigo Sky and its guests embrace cashless gaming.
He closed by stating: "It's outstanding to see Indigo Sky Casino and its players reaping the many benefits of cashless gaming via IGT's Resort Wallet and IGTPay.”
