Red Hawk Casino embraces OPTX technology through strategic partnership
Casino will utilize the OPTX platform to better connect its internal departments.
OPTX, a casino intelligence company, has added California’s Red Hawk Casino to its growing list of casino partners. The company is a nominee for the 2022 Global Gaming Awards Land-Based Product of the Year.
Through the agreement, Red Hawk Casino will gain access to OPTX’s Player Development, Player Connect, Player Development AI, Slots and Slots AI solutions. OPTX’s data-driven solutions will allow the casino to improve “operational functionality across multiple departments to create a sole source of data.”
OPTX co-CEO Brooke Fiumara said the company is excited about partnering with Red Hawk Casino.
She commented: “OPTX’s state-of-the-art AI features distill raw data into actionable insights and recommendations. Partnering with OPTX will allow Red Hawk Casino to optimize their casino floor with continuous slot change recommendations and visualizations leading to increased revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction.

Red Hawk General Manager Bryan deLugo emphasized the importance of streamlining departments within the casino and commended OPTX for its technology.

OPTX uses data intelligence that creates real-time and personalized insights based on the needs of its clients and presents the information to them in a clear and concise format, so that critical reports are not overlooked. Its focus is to make sure data is compiled in a timely manner that is designed to increase profitability, revenue and guest visitation.
The Las Vegas-based software company provides recommendations and player data to casino operators. The company was founded in the middle of 2019 by former casino executives.
