Mohegan Sun commends Oracle Hospitality for its cloud solutions

The technology allows casinos to improve guest services.
Several tribal casinos across the US have utilized Oracle Cloud for Casinos, a technology that aids in boosting revenue, simplifying operations and offering guests a quality experience. Feather Falls Casino, Mohegan Sun and Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino have implemented Oracle Cloud into their facilities.
Oracle Cloud is comprised of several solutions, including Oracle MICROS Simphony Cloud, Oracle Hospitality, OPERA Cloud, Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Distribution and Oracle Nor1.
Mohegan Corporate Director of Strategic Marketing Jesse Sturges said that using Oracle Nor1 has improved operations and streamlined communications within the team.
Sturges commented: “Ultimately, the level of consistency and visibility that Nor1 delivers makes all the difference. Now, everybody is seeing the same information so there are no surprises behind the scenes.
“The one version of truth is a huge part of its success and one of the reasons Nor1 really took off at Mohegan Sun.”
Oracle’s solutions allow casinos to improve restaurant operations, as well as enhance both financial and property management.
Oracle Hospitality Senior Vice President and General Manager Alex Alt stressed the importance of providing casinos with customer insight that will allow guests to have a positive experience while visiting.
