TB12 bases its five pillar program around the training regime of NFL legend Tom Brady.

Wynn Las Vegas has announced a partnership with Tom Brady and Alex Guerrero’s TB12, a holistic health and wellness company that was modeled on the legendary quarterback’s training regime.

TB12 has built its foundation on the ‘TB12 Method’, a series of daily habits that encompasses five core principles: pliability, nutrition, hydration, movement and physical activity. The method integrates these pillars, designed around muscle recovery and injury prevention to achieve longevity and pain-free living. Training sessions are guided by solution-oriented body coach experts.

This reinforces the desire of Wynn to offer health and wellbeing services not found at other Las Vegas casinos. Wynn Las Vegas president Brian Gullbrants commented: “The introduction of TB12 signifies a fresh approach to wellness at our resort. Offering guests a way to maintain their wellness goals while on the go demonstrates our commitment to providing unique amenities not found anywhere else in Las Vegas."

Located within the Encore Fitness Center, the TB12 Body Coach sessions focus on personalized care, connecting guests one-on-one with training experts who fine-tune the TB12 Method to fit the client. In addition, the adjacent Encore Juice Bar will offer nutritional snacks and TB12 smoothies and supplements.

Wynn Las Vegas offers a solid lineup of wellness-oriented experiences, with TB12 Body Coach sessions being the latest. The fitness program joins onsite amenities including five-star spa services, an 18-hole golf course and NutriDrip by Clean Market (an IV vitamin drip therapy).

TB12 CEO Grant Shriver is pleased with this latest team-up, saying: “TB12 is expanding rapidly in the marketplace and as we looked for a new partner on the West Coast, we knew the Wynn could bring forward an integrated wellness program for their visitors of all ages and levels of activity. We're thrilled to bring TB12 to the Vegas strip, activating at the highest level at one of the most prestigious resorts."
