The collaboration offers fast WarHorse Rewards program access to casino guests.

WarHorse Gaming has partnered with Playersoft Technologies to leverage the Mobile Enrollment throughout its casino. WarHorse Casino will be the first land-based casino in Lincoln, Nebraska and is scheduled to open this fall. It will feature more than 400 slot machines.

Because of the partnership, casino employees can enroll guests in the WarHorse Rewards club through the Playersoft system from anywhere on the property. This will give players quick access to rewards directly from the casino floor.

WarHorse Gaming said signing up new members to the rewards program is a major focus for the company.

WarHorse said in a statement: “Registering new club members is a top priority for WarHorse. The mobility of club sign-ups is known to be a timesaver, getting players into action faster, while staff can service more players on-the-go.”

The company went on to add that the Playersoft system and its team “came highly recommended” based on its experience with new property openings.

WarHorse Gaming Director of Marketing Pete Graziano said: “We are excited to be the first casino operator in Nebraska to deploy Mobile Enrollment by Playersoft. It will enable an easy sign-up experience for our guests and be efficient for our team members.

“Mobile Enrollment is a tremendous tool to help build our loyalty program database quickly, collecting clean data for timely & relevant customer marketing. It’s a win-win situation.”

Casino properties around the country currently utilize the Mobile Enrollment system, which is designed to function on Apple iOS devices with Playersoft Scanner. This technology creates an avenue for WarHorse to mobilize its club staff.

Playersoft CEO Hunter Hunstock commented: “We feel very privileged to have this opportunity to work with the WarHorse team. Attaining our first deployment in the state of Nebraska is a major milestone for us and I know they’re going to reap great benefits from the features of the system.”

WarHorse Gaming is part of Ho-Chunk Inc., a corporation run by Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. The tribe founded Ho-Chunk in 1994 for the purpose of diversifying its revenue and creating jobs.
