The new facility will host A1 Combat for the first time.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain has partnered with Urijah Faber’s A1 Combat, to bring the Reed VS Cannon fight to Hard Rock Live on September 3. The event is part of a new fight promotion Faber launched this spring.

Hard Rock Live is the new finished music and entertainment venue of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain; the venue seats 2,500 people.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain is the brand’s first Vegas-style casino in California. The casino offers its players 1,600 slot machines and 60 table games.

UFC Hall of Famer and promoter Faber said: "It's an incredible opportunity to bring our high-level fighters into this beautiful venue to be showcased worldwide on UFC Fight Pass. This is going to be a great Saturday night at the fights."

Fans will have access to the venue at 4pm the day of the fight. Preliminary bouts will begin at 5pm, with the Main card on UFC Fight Pass starting at 7pm.

UFC Fight Pass will air Combat #5 live for an international audience. The event will be broadcast in 194 countries and territories.

Hard Rock Live Director of Entertainment Randy Maddocks commented: "After three successful fights in our ballroom earlier this year, we're excited to host the next A1 Combat event in Hard Rock Live.

“Our new event center is built for live MMA fights. There isn't a better venue in the region and Urijah and his team are going to make it a knock-out success."
