Restaurants inside Nevada casinos can reopen in first phase

Nevada casino restaurants will be able to reopen as part of the state’s Phase One COVID-19 response plan.
The Nevada Gaming Control Board said that restaurants within a licensed gaming property can reopen in accordance with Governor Steve Sisolak’s “Road to Recovery” guidelines for food establishments.
The gaming licensee must confirm with the Board whether the restaurant has a separate entrance apart from any entrance to the restaurant off the gaming floor.
“If there is not a separate entrance for the restaurant, the licensee must articulate to the Board how it will ensure that patrons are only able to enter the restaurant from inside the property without traversing the gaming floor,” the Board said.
Restaurants without a restroom must inform the Board how customers may access outside restrooms without entering the gaming floor.
