OPTX teams up with Palace Casino Resort

The casino resort has purchased OPTX marketing, player development, slots and connect modules.

Casino intelligence company OPTX has added Palace Casino Resort to its list of partners. Palace Casino Resort will streamline its data operating systems by purchasing several OPTX modules, including marketing, connect, player development and slots.

OPTX Co-CEO Brooke Fiumara said: "I am confident OPTX will boost Palace Casino Resort's overall profitability through our proactive database management and identification of slot floor opportunities. With web and mobile applications, our technology is designed to transform the way properties manage their data. We are thrilled to partner with Palace Casino Resort and bring the next generation of casino operations to them."

OPTX uses data intelligence that creates real-time and personalized insights based the needs of its clients and presents the information to them in a clear and concise format so that critical reports are not overlooked. Its focus is to make sure data is compiled in a timely manner that is designed to increase profitability, revenue and guest visitation.

The Las Vegas-based software company provides technologically informed recommendations and player data to casino operators. The company was founded in the middle of 2019 by former casino executives.

Palace Casino Resort General Manager Keith Crosby said partnering with OPTX is a win for the company.
